ok, i just started my period and i have really bad cramps. is there anything besides medication that i can do that will stop the pain? and for tampons, which brand sould i use cause i dont like the kotex one. PLZ HELP!!!

ok, so i HAD this friend and she was really nice. SO I THOUGHT! after a while we started to fight over stupid things. it got so bad that my grades were slipping to d's and f's. i was stressed! she kept on aplogizing and then she thought that i liked her friend that she grew up with. after that we didn't talk for half the school year. now she wants to be friends again. and i don't want to.
