Everyone wants something this holiday season. We head to the malls and online to find the perfect gifts for every person on our list, because we love to see the looks on our friends’ and family members’ faces when they open up something they really want. I’m no different – for me, a digital camera and a cute new winter coat would do the trick. :)

But there’s another kind of wish list each of us carries around. The one with the things we really want, the things money can’t buy. Things like health, peace and happiness all fall on this list.

So what’s on yours? Whether you wish it for yourself or another, add a comment to tell us all about the one thing you want this holiday season that can’t be bought.

I'm not having a cheerful holiday! I have a neck biopsy sceduled for Christmas day! Anyone got helpful advice? I'd appreciate it you donated it!

I also pray for Mr. Yoon to be comforted by God in a miraculous way. Every death is such a "wake up" to the reality of the temporal life we live here.

Brooksgirlz -- I've prayed for 26 yrs. for my husband to come to the Lord Jesus...not happening. It is, however, in God's hands. We aren't their answer. Regardless, our children are growing up to know Jesus.

I know a secret though in living life..."If you ask God for His Wisdom, He will give it to you." God's wisdom is amazingly the opposite of the way the world system operates.

i wish for the health and happiness of my family and friends. i wish feverantly for my daughter to quickly tire of and untangle herself from a boy who is verbally and emotionally abusive towards her. not to mention just a bad egg all around.

I wish for the economy to get better. I hate seeing all these sad people loosing there jobs. I don't know what will happen if my husband looses his. I pray for things to get better every day. Please join me and say a prayer for those out there that are going thru hard times

I want my grandma and grandpa to stay around for a long time. They're 75 and 79 and every Christmas, my grandpa gets so sick that we either have to take him to the ER or call the ambulance and everything. My Papa's very special. My parents got divorced when I was 1 and so he's kinda been a dad to me sometimes.

So my great grandmother was in the hospital yesterday with chest pains. So she went to the cardiologists. IF you are wondering NO she does not have heart problems. She got back home yesterday but she is 83 and I just want at least one more Christmas so please pray for her in hopes that one more Christmas will happen like i am hoping and praying

I wish for Mr. Yoon the man that lost his wife, kids and mother in law due to a military plane crash, to have a peaceful Christmas accompanied with family, friends and lots of love and support. I wish that he doesn't feel lonely and I wish the same for every human being that has recently lost a loved onel May everyone's Christmas be full of joy, happiness, peace and lots of Love!

As my Christmas wish, I wish that I could help my parents, who are having a very rough time being 75. They are way behind in their bills, and recently got a disconnection notice, to shut off their water, for this Monday. It hurts me to see them suffer, and I cannot help them! I pray for them everyday. They are great parents!

As for me, I recently suffered a cerebral hemorrhaged stroke, and had holes drillled into my head, to release the blood around my brain, and being in ICU for 2 weeks, I am suffering also. I had my rent money stolen, being harassed by my landlord 7 times a day, and being threatened that he will have the sheriff move me out, take my things, and I would not get them back, was the worse. It caused my stroke. My daughter received an eviction notice for me, the day after I left the hospital. My kids put my things into storage, and now I am living with my brother and his family. I still have alot of stress here, as my brother may lose his house in foreclosure. So, where will I go, into the streets? Now, I have to wonder where I am going to live in the near future.

My next wish, is to help my brother, so he does not lose his house.

My last wish is for me to be able to find a small house to live in, so my grandchildren can visit and stay over with me. My small grandchildren really miss that, and so do I.

Its really sad that many people are suffering right now, and our government gives no help! Where is our tax money going? To help other countries, instead of our own!! Makes me angry!

:-x There are lots of things that I could wish for, but I know that if this one miracle could happen, everything would be so much better. I really want my husband to accept Jesus and to come to church with us so that we can have a christian lifestyle. Our kids would have a brighter future and with both of us praying together, things would work out. We have had the same issues for five years now, but if he would submit himself to God, he would be an amazing man. Not only am I wishing for this to happen, but I am praying everyday that he would open his heart.

My biggest Chistmas wish would be that my daughter and me would get along again. I just miss her so much in my life that I am having a hard time. I just hope that an angel is watching over her and keep her safe. Our lifes will never be the same again, I know, but maybe someday she will understand me and come home.
